Alexandra Richardson @ Brighton Fringe 2019
Brighton Fringe '19
Art5 Gallery, Brighton
22nd - 28th of May 2019
MAY 25th Meet & Greet
Alexandra Richardson is a Cornwall artist with a multicultural background, who shaped her creative imagination living in eco-villages throughout Europe, following the ‘Trevarno’ philosophy - a bohemian lifestyle that nurtures a magical fairy-tale estate.
Alex has been a natural artist since birth and continued her artistic education at Brighton City College, specialising in Illustration and photography. After falling in love with painting Alex has taken great pleasure in teaching herself new techniques over the past decade, regularly finding inspiration by the Sussex country side and sea, while constantly seeking out new projects such as tribute work.
In an effort to give back to the community, Alex likes to immerse herself in supporting those held in police custody, and support formal charities such as The Erskine, Motor Neuron Disease Association and Save Madeira Terraces initiative.
‘The aim of my work is to stimulate peaceful and happy emotions from within’ART5 Gallery is a strong supporter of Alex’s work in England, having her as a resident artist for over 5 years. We are thrilled to be hosting her for the Fringe 2019 show. The exhibition is free and will run from Wednesday May 22th until the 28th. Meet the artist on May 25th [ 2 pm to 6 pm].
